TERME DI SORANO 3* - MAREMMA

The Sorano Thermal Springs Residence consists in 40 housing units: 30 apartments, 4 of which represent the historical core of the residence, and 10 of which were built around the parish church and hot spring.
Each of the units includes a large porch and garden (ground floor), covered balconies (some with sunbaking area) on the first floor, with wooden outdoor furniture. Guests can select different arrangements depending on their individual needs.

Cleaning services can be provided more frequently upon the request of the client.

STUDIO APARTMENT – MIMOSA

These include a lounge area with kitchenette, including a double bed and bathroom. They are special insofar as they were created through the restoration of ancient buildings adjacent to the parsonage, with a stone exterior and exposed ceiling beams. Fully equipped garden.

ONE BEDROOM UNIT – ROSA

These include a lounge area with kitchenette and sofa-bed, one double bedroom and one bathroom. Wooden outdoor furniture and garden (ground floor), covered balconies (first floor).

TWO BEDROOMS UNIT – GIGLIO

These include a lounge area with kitchenette and sofa-bed, one double bedroom with bathroom, one single bedroom + extra bed with bathroom. Wooden outdoor furniture and garden (ground floor), covered balconies (first floor).
Approx 70m2 excluding outdoor areas.

VILLA SLEEPS 4/6 PEOPLE – IRIS

The independent two bedroom units situated in the structure’s historical core are characterised by their stone walls and exposed ceiling beams.

These include a kitchen/lounge area with sofa-bed, two double bedrooms with one bathroom each, a large outdoor area with wooden furniture and a personal garden.

VILLA SLEEPS 6/8 PEOPLE – STELLA
