The rooms in the Dependance a few meters from the historic Villa, right in front, in the context of the garden itself, offer maximum privacy. They are all furnished with antique wrought iron beds, bathroom with shower, minibar, satellite TV, air conditioning, telephone and safe.

The air-conditioned Classic Rooms are  in the historic Villa. They have a smaller size compared to the Superior rooms but have the same comforts: bathroom with bath or shower, minibar, satellite TV, air conditioning, telephone and safe. All the rooms have different and variable shapes and sizes because they have been realized respecting the original structure and maintaining its characteristics.

Superior rooms are located in the historic Villa, are furnished with the simplicity of the old Tuscan farmhouses, with antique wrought iron and poor art. Equipped with bathroom with bath or shower, minibar, satellite TV, air conditioning, telephone and safe. Most of the rooms in this category have the possibility to accommodate extra beds or are already used as triple rooms also communicating (particularly suitable for families).

In the main building, there is the Suite very large in size, divided into several rooms. It is furnished with the style of the old Tuscan farmhouses, with vintage wrought iron and poor art, it is equipped with services with separation between bath or shower; minibar, large satellite TV, air conditioning, telephone, safe, spacious service areas and a splendid view of the park and the swimming pool thanks to the window on the whole wall
